1.1  Stars are awarded when you purchase a new product through MWMC.

1.2  Stars are awarded when you successfully refer a friend or family member who purchases a product with MWMC.

1.3  Stars may be awarded as an annual loyalty bonus at MWMC's discretion, based on your membership tier and standing.

2.1  Stars may be redeemed for rewards listed in the Gift Catalogue.

2.2  Redeemed Stars are non-refundable and cannot be reversed once a redemption is confirmed.

2.3  Redemption is subject to reward availability. MWMC reserves the right to modify or withdraw any reward from the catalogue at any time.

3.1  Stars are valid for 2 years from the date they are awarded. Expired Stars will be forfeited automatically.

3.2  Stars are suspended when a member's status changes to Inactive. Stars resume upon successful reactivation, provided they have not expired.

3.3  MWMC is not responsible for Stars forfeited due to expiry during an Inactive period.

3.4  All Stars will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.1  Stars have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

4.2  Stars are non-transferable between accounts.

4.3  MWMC reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or forfeit Stars in the event of suspected misuse, fraud, or breach of these rules.

4.4  MWMC reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes.

4.5  In the event of any dispute, MWMC's decision shall be final and binding.
